Assistance with On-The-Job Training is available through both the Rock Valley College Dislocated Worker Program and Rock River Training Corporation.

The program is simple---when you hire one of our qualified participants on a full-time basis, you agree to train that person for up to six months and our program will reimburse you for 50% of the wage being paid to the new hire.

Important:  The OJT agreement must be in place before the new hire starts to work.  So call us.
