Arianna was in the process of getting her GED and was also looking for a work-based learning opportunity. Elevate was presenting at the Freeport Library and Arianna attended one of those presentations. While enrolled in Elevate, Arianna received assistance creating a resume, successfully completed a work-experience at Freeport Art Museum, and finished her GED within 3 months! She stated that her life is different now as she is better able to understand the responsibilities that come with having her first job. What she wants people to know about Elevate is that it was great that Elevate was able to find an appropriate work-experience that lines up with her career interests. She was able to learn Past Perfect, which is an archival database. Elevate made it easy to learn how to adult!
