On March 4th, 2020 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., we will be hosting an apprenticeship panel for employers, professionals, and community members interested in learning more about apprenticeships and what the benefit is for both the career-seekers and the employers.

Panel discussion will revolve around the apprenticeship components, qualifications for apprenticeship programs, how they incorporate and promote career pathways, biggest barriers these employers face, in-demand occupations that would benefit from apprenticeships, and business service team members on-site to assist anyone who would like to implement apprenticeships into their organization.

Our panel will be moderated by Robert Jones Jr., Board Business Account Manager for the Business Services Team at The Workforce Connection and will feature panelists Ronda Kliman, Department of Labor – Apprenticeships & Training Program Specialist, Ramona Thompson, FHN Memorial Hospital, and Kristen Wilewski, Heritage Aero.

Please complete the registration form to sign up. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. This includes access to the event, a Q&A session, and a light breakfast. You may select to pay now ($15) or to pay at the door ($20).
