Darshawn came into The Workforce Connection through a partner referral. He really needed to work full time, and was hired by a local company into an “on the job training” and again Darshawn was successful! He worked with our Community Navigator to get connected with resources that assisted him to be self-sufficient, and is now happy to be working full time with a great company.
