Illinois Immigrant Welcome Center

A representative from Rock Valley College’s Refugee Program will assist foreign-born persons of any status and age who need assistance.  The program offers referrals for many programs, public benefit applications, workshops, immigration consultations, crisis intervention, etc. (Career Center 1^st Floor Room 1C)
