The Workforce Connection (TWC), the region’s local workforce board, is seeking proposals for WIOA Youth Services in Boone and Winnebago Counties for the program year 2022.
Funding for this program will be provided under The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)

The Bidder’s Conference will answer initial questions related to the request for proposal (RFP). TWC will address subsequent questions via website. All RFP questions that are received will be posted, along with answers to the questions.

Virtual Bidder’s Conference will be held on Tuesday, February 16th, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. CT on Zoom.
