We are so happy to congratulate our former customer and graduate, Keyana, for her appointment to the Rockford Housing Authority Board of Commissioners.
Keyana brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to serving the Rockford community. She currently works as a TANF Case Manager at the African American Resource Center at Booker and an Associate Team Leader at H&R Block, where she has excelled in leadership roles over five seasons.
Her dedication to empowering clients and increasing awareness of available programs and resources in the Rockford area aligns perfectly with RHA’s mission. As a graduate of the Lifeforce Development Institute and the Workforce Development Program, as well as an ambassador for the Greater Rockford Chamber of Commerce and an active member of the Rockford Area Case Management Initiative, Keyana’s contributions to the community are exemplary.
