Christopher originally enrolled in The Workforce Connection’s training and employment program in order to launch his career within the Administrative & Support Services industry. Through our program, he was able to obtain a paid work experience at The Workforce Connection to refresh his skills. He was not only able to gain the skills needed to perform administrative duties, but also was given a chance to help others in the Career Center.
When Christopher’s work experience concluded, he secured a position working as a security guard before transitioning to a human resources (HR) role! As a Work Experience (WEX) participant, Christopher learned the necessary skills to succeed in a role within HR. We are so proud of Christopher for his rigor in planning out his career and taking every step to prosper!
