Jeffrey found out about the Employment and Training program through an Uber passenger of his. He had been a plumber for 20 years, but had sporadic work and reduction in force layoffs inspired him to try and find a more consistent job field and make himself more marketable.
He enrolled at The Workforce Connection, went to school, and got his CDL-A. He is now working as a driver with Upper Lakes Food.
Jeffrey stated that he appreciates everything his Career Planner and TWC did to help him in his journey.
