Danfoss is seeking a hands-on, flexible Project Manager to join our team. You will work in a team-oriented environment and will have exposure to many different processes and tasks.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Responsible for leading teams on New Product Introduction, Operations, and Technology projects, including developing new products and setting up manufacturing lines globally.
Define project objectives, project scope, roles, responsibilities.
Define resource requirements and manage resource availability & allocation.
Outline budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
Prepare detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams, and activities.
Manage delivery of the project according to plan.
Track project and provide regular reports on project status to project team and stakeholders.
Manage and adjust for changes in project scope, schedule, or budget.
Identify and mitigate potential risks.
Manage relationships and communication with team and stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering plus 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment including leading cross-functional projects and ISO, TS16949, and/or IATF quality systems.
In lieu of bachelor’s degree plus 5 years experience, master’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering plus 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment including leading cross-functional projects and ISO, TS16949, and/or IATF quality systems.
