We are seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess an Associate degree in engineering/technology or related area. This position will primarily focus on providing product support, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide product/project support by responding to technical information requests from sales agents and customers.
Offer service sales support including part identification, obsolescence/replacement requests, and warranty determination.
Conduct design reviews for new equipment and equipment changes.
Assist in equipment installation support and commissioning, including coordinating installation reviews and start-up.
Develop training documentation, start-up reports, technical manuals, and service bulletins.
Conduct or coordinate training sessions for customers, sales agents, and service technicians.
Maintain call-in logs for customer support and coordinate changes to product data sheets as required.
Provide back-up technical support for marine systems and perform other related activities as assigned.
Requirements:

Associate degree in engineering/technology or related area, or equivalent experience within Evac companies.
Three (3) or more years of field service, machinery repair, or equivalent experience.
Prior experience in PLCs and PLC programming is advantageous but not required.
Familiarity with AutoCAD software is helpful but not required.
OSHA 10 Hour Safety Training certification.
NFPA 70E or equivalent Electrical Safety Training certification.
