We are now looking for a Service Technician with a mechanical focus to join our team in Cherry Valley. You’ll be the go-to expert for our clients, providing exceptional service and support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues swiftly and efficiently.
Conducting routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of mechanical equipment.
Offering expert guidance and troubleshooting assistance to customers over the phone.
Traveling to client sites for on-site service and repairs.
Keeping detailed records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Collaborating with our service team to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Proven experience as a mechanical technician or in a similar role.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment.
Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Communication: Clear and effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
Independence: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Mobility: Willingness to travel and work in various field environments.
Licensing: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
