Job Summary: This position provides administrative support to the FCC Director, FCC Operations Leader and FHN Foundation Executive Vice President. Additionally, this position performs a variety of responsibilities including coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, managing confidential information, scheduling front office staff, assisting with the administration of grants and contracts, addressing patient concerns regarding financial issues, and other responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

Support daily functions of FCC Leadership, including but not limited to; scheduling, filing, coordinating meetings, and general office duties.
Support FHN Foundation Executive Director, including but not limited to; scheduling meetings, preparation and distribution of Board and Committee packets, attend meetings and take minutes, prepare and distribute minutes, and maintain Board and Committee records.
Reporting as needed or required by leadership, including but not limited to; Balanced Scorecard, clinical reporting, utilization reporting, monthly tracking of co-payments received at the time of appointment by our PSRs, and quarterly reporting to the Community Behavioral Healthcare Association.
Assist with the administrative functions of grant writing, annual reporting, and contracts.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Address patient concerns regarding financial issues and troubleshoot billing issues with CBO and staff.
Submit maintenance requests and assist maintenance personnel as needed.
Maintain appropriate supply inventory for Freeport and Galena locations while staying within budget.
Maintain calendar of events; including but not limited to licensures, board packets, and meeting schedules.
Participate in JACHO preparation and surveys.
Back up Front Office and Records Room Team members as needed.
Education/Experience: Associates degree with 5-8 years experience.  Computer knowledge and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records.  Working knowledge of office equipment such as fax, copier, postage, etc.  Best Practices in administrative support. (wpm 50, filing, etc.)  Independent work ethic – self-starter and self-sufficient.  Knowledge of Behavioral Health grants and Rule 132.
