Position Summary: This position provides a Clinical Quality Coordinator across the office practices focused on care delivery systems in response to disease management, acute illness and prevention. With a concentration to the clinical team (e.g. providers and nursing staff (RN, LPN, UAP), processes and technology, this Coordinator would be involved in quality initiatives, patient outcomes, regulatory readiness, professional development of staff, financial accountability and responsibility, and process improvement based on evidence-based standards of practice and research. In collaboration with Practice Leadership, this Coordinator promotes transformation, standardization and the use of data analytics to promote effective care and facilitate opportunities in the changing needs of patient populations.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required with Advanced Practice Nurse or Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred. 5-8 years of prior field-related and/or job-related experience. Preferred certification in Ambulatory Nursing Practice, Professional in Patient Safety and/or Professional in Healthcare Quality. Licensed RN or APN in the state of Illinois.
