Summary: To assist customers by providing customer -focused assistance in implementing and utilizing applications and information technologies; to enable customers to achieve Best Practice processes through the use of information technologies; to plan and manage application implementations and enhancements to maximize features and functions by the customer; to provide report development and generation assistance to meet customer information needs.
Education/Experience: 4-year college degree in Computer Science or other similar degree or 4-year college degree in Healthcare Field Specialty Area. Relevant experience in in computer technology or industry noted certification (s) may be substituted for completion of formal degree. Six months experience preferred.
