This position offers an optional $3000 award for a 2 year commitment to FHN for external candidates.
JOB SUMMARY: The delivery system practiced at FHN Memorial Hospital employs the concepts of differentiated nursing incorporating the PRIDE Standards as set forth by FHN. Provides direct nursing care to identified patient population. Delivers direct patient care to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Demonstrates competencies in accordance with specific performance standards.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Graduate from an accredited LPN program with zero to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Current licensure as licensed practical nurse in Illinois; BLS certification; Pharmacology (will be provided if not present at hire).
