Job Summary: To function as a fully integrated partner to assigned department’s business operation by providing comprehensive human resource consultation and full cycle HR support services with the express purpose of maximizing the effectiveness of business and human resource processes that promote the organization’s strategic objectives.
This position will align human resources priorities with the business agenda by delivering comprehensive and fully integrating human resources programs and services.
Will partner with other HR functions to identify, develop and deliver projects to align with business objectives and to address FHN staff needs.
Education/Experience: Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance required. MBA preferred (must be willing to complete MBA with designated timeline). Five to seven years HR or operational experience. Combination of healthcare and non-healthcare experience preferred.
