The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying and selecting top tier talent. Develops and maintains proactive sourcing activities, and ensures qualified and diverse applicant pools are identified for FHN while partnering with Human Resources Business Partners and Hiring leaders.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will generate top tier qualified candidates by utilizing a multifaceted, cost-effective approach to the entire recruiting process, from forecasting talent needs and strategic sourcing to on-boarding of talent. Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure that the candidate and hiring department enjoy a “best in class” experience throughout the recruiting process.
This position will also be responsible for reporting (turnover, retention, workforce planning, etc) in addition to Primary Source verification, and audit support.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or healthcare clinical field required
Required Experience: 2-5 years overall recruitment experience in a corporate environment preferred. Full cycle recruiting experience preferred. Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Business travel and driver’s license required
