Licensed Clinical Therapist – LCSW (Remote)

This position offers an optional $5000 award for a 2 year commitment or a $7500 award for a 3 year commitment to FHN

This position will work remotely.

Job Summary: Provide competent telehealth/televideo outpatient mental health assessment and treatment to individuals, families and groups regarding biopsychosocial concerns. Develops and implements a treatment plan to address presenting problems. Provide clinical supervision to interns and sign off on their clinical hours.

Education/ Experience:  Required Master of Social Work (MSW) degree.  Completion of CEU requirement as set by licensing board.  3 years, post degree completion, of field related experience required. Doctorate degree acceptable.
