First Step Day Care is a state based non-profit child care center. We have been operating since 1972.
We are looking for varied Teaching Positions for Teacher Qualified Candidates. You must be DCFS qualified at minimum and look at what suits you regarding credentials for the different age brackets.
Minimum hourly pay for qualified teaching staff is based on the Illinois Smart Start Workforce Grant wage floor hourly base pay of $18.50 per hour. Additional pay comes with completion of other offered opportunities.
