Job Description:

Position Summary

You are essential to the overall technical operation and efficiency of the restaurant and a standard bearer of hospitality.

You’re the key to the successful execution of the HotLine and ColdLine.

Duties and Responsibilities (Prerequisite from Supervisor)

  • Teaches and practices the Freddy’s standards of  Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness
  • Leads by example, is vocal and prepare
  • Organized, develops good time management skills
  • Always willing to learn and be receptive to coaching and constructive criticism
  •  Practices situational management; expect the unexpected
  • Spends most of time on the restaurant floor rather than the office.
  •  Maintains a sense of urgency and intensity at all times
  •  Assesses staff performance, always coaches and develops
  •  Consistently  models exceptional HOSPITALITY in every instance
  • Reduces waste,  managers labor, improves efficiency
  •  Motivates and is always team building.
  • Maintains cleanliness and maintenance of facility and equipment
  •  Maintains good vendor relations

Manager Duties and Responsibilities

  • Spreadsheet tools and reports
  • Schedules, Staffing levels/Sales volume
  •  Financials –Payables, P&L, Payroll, Purchasing- Pars and Inventory level
  •  Hiring, Training, Team Building
  • Performance Analysis, Identifying Opportunities, Goals, Growth
  • Always demonstrates HOSPITALITY to the fullest and empowers staff to always practice

Physical Requirements:

  • Available a variety of hours to include evenings, weekends and within the metro area applying.
  •  Must be able to work up to a 10 hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions.
  • Will be required to lift up to forty pounds during the course of a workday.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure the safety of individuals and guest needs.
  • Will require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder.
