1st Shift: 5:45 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday
Ability and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
Plant operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days per week

We are looking for team members who come to the table with a shared passion for making food the world loves. As a part of our manufacturing group, you will be responsible for maintenance and operation of all the Utility plant machinery and equipment, including electrical, condensate/steam, fire protection, potable/domestic water & sewer.

Your seat at the table will include: (Duties and Responsibilities)

Following all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Proficiency through training and experience in mechanical systems, including water heaters, ductless HVAC, domestic water system (well), steam/condensate system, fire protection, process wastewater equipment, dock equipment and other responsibilities of the Facilities Team
Bringing technical expertise and operational know-how in development and execution of capital projects
Effectively complete and catalog required documents for regulatory tasks
Troubleshooting/installing electrical circuits
Utilizing Maximo maintenance management system by navigating through screens to enter data, understanding the work order control system, and understanding the parts/stock requisitioning process
Leading with and championing human and food safety
Your recipe for success must include: (Minimum Qualifications)

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have the ongoing right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Must have high School Diploma or GED
Minimum two years electrical and/or mechanical maintenance experience
Two years of fire protection experience
Have or willing to obtain a wastewater certification
Proficiency in PC operating skills, Maximo and Microsoft Office software applications
Effective written and oral communication skills
Must be able to perform physical requirements of position with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be able to lift, move, push, pull 55 lbs as required by the position, with some items up to 75 lbs
Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time, including standing, walking, climbing, bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and twisting over surfaces, some possibly rough or uneven
Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms
Ability to work in confined space such as bins, silos, or tanks
Willing and ability to adhere to all safety standards and wear all necessary protective clothing and equipment such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat/bump cap, hair/beard net and gloves when required, including a full-face breathing apparatus
Willing and able to work any shift schedule, including nights and weekends, daily overtime or overtime outside of your regular scheduled hours as required (more than 40 hours per week)
Ability to work flexible workdays and hours depending on the season
Willing and able to adhere to all grooming requirements necessary for a food manufacturing environment
Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty, wet environmental working conditions
Willing to work around industrial high-speed moving machinery
Ability to work with allergens that might be present in a food environment
Preferred Qualifications:

Technical degree in process controls, electrical engineering technology or related field
Continuing education/training in controls
Computer Maintenance Management System experience
Demonstrated leadership ability
