We are seeking a skilled automotive and small engine repair technician to join our team at Greenlink Energy Solutions. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing our vehicles, generators, and other production equipment. Our ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background and several years of experience maintaining and repairing engines and equipment.

Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver’s license
3+ years experience working as an auto mechanic, small engine repair technician, or similar
Forklift experience preferred
High school diploma and/or equivalent
Knowledge and Abilities:
Ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and/or small engines
Proficiency in vehicle and equipment diagnostic testing and troubleshooting
Knowledge of tools used to maintain and repair vehicles and small engines
Must be organized and possess strong attention to detail
Must have excellent teamwork and communication skills, including the ability to foster a positive team environment through collaborative decision-making
Ability to utilize project management and vehicle tracking software to maintain vehicle records and schedule maintenance
Responsibilities:
Maintain commercial cellulose blowers, generators, and other production equipment
Inspect company vehicles and track maintenance
Perform repairs or schedule maintenance with outside mechanics as needed
Create a proper organizational system to enhance production
Assist the inventory manager with the tracking of tools and materials
Run errands related to purchasing and/or picking up parts, materials, tools, etc.
Support with the overall organization and efficiency of our shops
Pay:
$16 – $23 per hour based on experience and performance
Paid holidays and insurance are provided after the 90-day probationary period.
