DIRECTOR, RETENTION AND LEARNING SERVICES

Highland Community College is accepting applications for a full-time Director of Retention and Learning Services.  This position is responsible for promoting student success and increasing student retention by providing direction and leadership in learning services for the College.  The successful candidate will coordinate, direct, and implement all Learning Services Programs.

Master’s required. Five years of experience involving leadership, supervision, program and staff evaluation, and use of data and best practices in the implementation of retention strategies with at-risk students, and two years instructional experience preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience that provide the required knowledge and skills. Must have ability to work with various complex budgets and reports.  Must possess human relation skills and the ability to communicate effectively.  Valid driver’s license required.
