Highland Community College is accepting applications for a full-time Coordinator, Student Success. The primary function of this student support position is coordinating academic support programs such as Early Alert, First Year Experience Seminar (FYES), and Supplemental Instruction to promote student success and increase student retention. Trains, supervises, and evaluates part-time instructors for FYES courses and workshops. Will assist, as needed, with testing center operations, administering and evaluating placement tests, CLEP tests and others. Demonstrated ability in student assessment and learning support, curriculum development and project implementation essential.
Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in developmental education, college student affairs, or related field and three (3) years’ experience in learning needs assessment. An equivalent combination of education and experience that provide the required knowledge and skills will also be considered.
