As our Customer Success Ambassador, you are the go-to person for our customers and are responsible for introducing and educating them on our product to ensure they receive the maximum return on their investment. You are dedicated and focused on providing a friendly, memorable and instructional customer-centric onboarding and training experience that leaves customers educated and confident in their ability to successful navigate our software to achieve their desired results. You constantly monitor usage trends, identifying areas of risk and come up with solutions to customer challenges. You are an internal voice for our customers and share their experiences with your colleagues to continuously refine our product offerings.
