Water Softener Technician

If you love to talk to people and have a positive attitude, Pearson Plumbing & Heating has the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking an experienced Water Softener Technician to join our fantastic team. The ideal candidate is respectful, responsible, and a resourceful team player.

The primary responsibilities are:

· Installing, upgrading, and maintaining equipment.

· Communicate with parts department in regard to equipment and inventory needed.

· Completing paperwork related to tasks in an accurate and timely manner.

· May assist other employees with delivery and installation of products/equipment

· Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment

· Build a distribution network

· Grow sales revenue

· Manage customer relationships

· Delivering products in an efficient and timely manner

· Preparing, processing, and executing orders and sales contracts in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices

· Handling customer issues, complaints, and problems in a courteous and prompt manner while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service
