Responsible for safely delivering fuel and oil to various customers.
Delivering fule and oil to different locations via Tanker truck and Box Truck.
Safely drive the truck to and from destination applying knowledge of DOT driving regulations and area roads.
Check loads to ensure the product is being hauled in an appropriate and safe manner.
Strive to meet customer expectations without exception and achieve highly positive customer satisfaction survey results consistent with strategic objectives.
Develop extensive working relationships with customers, both external and internal, in order to maximize opportunities and to ensure customer needs are addressed.
Keep equipment in an acceptable condition of cleanliness using approved cleaning materials and supplies.
Complete pre- and post-trip inspections on truck equipment and supplies, such as tires, lights brakes, gas, fuel, oil, and water.
May perform minor roadside repairs, such as installing light bulbs.
Maintain good working knowledge of the traffic routes of the area.
Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree.
Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen and meet DOT medical requirements.
Must be able to lift heavy objects, such as hose, cord, tanks, and packages.
Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Must be reliable and punctual in order to ensure deliveries are made on time.
Class B (or above) Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required
Tanker Endorsement required
High school diploma or GED required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
