MIG and TIG Welder – fabrication

We are growing and will be moving into a state of the art building early 2025, but we need new team members now!

We are currently hiring welders/fabricators for 1st and 2nd shift. ( 2nd shift has a $5 per hour shift premium)

Starting wages – $24 to $28 per hour depending on experience.

This position requires skills in welding, grinding, fabrication ( MIG and TIG).

First shift is 5:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Thursday, ( Four 10 hours days) possible OT on Friday

Second shift is 3:00pm to 1:30am Monday through Thursday ( Four 10 hours days) – OFF Friday, Sat and Sun with a $5.00 shift premium per hour above base wage

Weld stainless steel for the production of tanks in various positions: flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead, etc.;
Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, bolting, Custom Fabricate or grind material as necessary to satisfy the technical requirements and create a welded final product;
Control the processes of fitting, burning and welding to avoid problems in relation to overheat, distortion, expansion or shrink of parts;
Examine finished product to ensure specifications are met;
Prepare and set up necessary tools and equipment for welding job such as GTAW, GMAW
Read and understand basic prints/drawings to ensure accuracy of work performed.
Candidate must be able to problem solve fabrication tasks
Employees must be able to perform job tasks in a timely manner in accordance with allotted hours specified
