Titan Tire is looking to hire a shipping clerk. This position is a long term temporary position, full-time.
Pay $15-16/hr. DOE
1st shift: M-F 8 am to 4:30 pm

Job Summary/Objective:
The Shipping Clerk will pull orders accurately in preparation for prompt shipment. Verify and enter receipts of incoming shipments. Is responsible for accuracy of shipping documents, pick slips and invoices. Being organized and working in a timely manner are important characteristics for this position. .
Essential Functions:
1. Enter other incoming shipments in the computer, as physical counts have already been verified.
2. Handle return shipments to manufacturer for repairs.
3. Maintain all the paperwork and records of each shipment sent. These papers are filed and kept for future reference.
4. Prepare the packages that are going to be shipped out.
5. Handle bill of lading or waybills and pick slips for each shipment; check and record all items loaded for shipment.
6. Enter invoicing information for all shipments and release invoice.
7. Determine requirements for printing pick slips and invoicing.
8. Maintain Shipping Department files.
9. Separate and distribute shipping documents.
10. Will perform other duties as assigned
