2 years of warehouse / logistics experience in a leadership role.
Ability to:

Maintain confidentiality
Listen to customers, understand needs, and respond appropriately.
Duties include:
Directing and coordinating warehouse activities to meet production schedules
Analyzing productivity and determine cause and effect
Oversee warehouse inspections
Enforcing safety rules and inspiring a safety conscious culture.
