Facility Manager
Reports to: National Operations Manager
Monday-Friday* 8:00a-5:00p*
*Ability to work weekends and off-shifts as needed
KSA’s
à Associate’s degree in business, logistics, or related field.
à WMS experience required.
à Proficient experience utilizing Excel.
Ability to:
Analyze data to make decisions on business needs
Establish and define new best practices
Develop short and long term business plans based on multiple data points
Interact and manage manual, mechanical, and digital labor forces
Engage in critical thinking and problem solving
Effectively communicate and coordinate both internally and externally
Maintain a showroom ready workspace.
Duties Include:
Oversee the operation of UF’s first automated facility; a 1.3m sq ft, near plant warehouse with multiple information systems
Drive passion to excel through employee engagement
Participate in discussions and decisions as we move toward a Winter of 2023 start-up!
