Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting in the operational and technical day-to-day office activities and providing administrative support including office duties, account payable and receivable, file maintenance and data entry. Work in the highest confidentiality of critical business matters and ensure data integrity. Daily activities may include interaction internally and externally and potentially exposure to sensitive information requiring use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment.


Provide administrative support to the management and executive staff.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional way.
Act as a point of contact for vendors, subcontractors, and various service teams.
Prepare forms such as change orders, purchase orders, service agreements, and subcontracts.
Execute clerical and general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, typing, copying, ordering office supplies, and other administrative tasks for special projects as requested.
Coordinate meeting logistics and deliverables such as handouts and make travel arrangements for the management team.
Education and Experience:

Associate or bachelor’s degree
2+ years’ experience working in an office.
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
