Leandra joined The Workforce Connection’s Elevate Youth program to pursue her Certified Nursing Assistant license and completed her training through the Castor Health Institute in Freeport, IL. With the support and guidance of her instructors and TWC staff, she successfully passed her Illinois Nurse Assistant Competency Exam (INACE) exam.
Leandra is grateful for the experience and for the Elevate Program, which provided valuable resources such as tuition assistance and a gas card to get to and from class. Today, she is a proud licensed CNA, working full-time with Castor Health Solutions!
