Request for Bids Purpose: The Workforce Connection, Inc. (TWC), the local workforce board serving Boone, Stephenson, and Winnebago Counties, is soliciting bids from agencies with experience in successfully conducting executive searches in the Rockford area in the search for an Executive Director for The Workforce Connection.
Scope of Work / Project Implementation Plan:
Selected entity will provide the following services:
• Conduct a comprehensive search on a local and state level to identify suitable and interested candidates for the position
• After a thorough search process, conduct initial interviews to develop a list of suitable candidates
• Provide a list of finalists to the search committee of the board of directors for final interviews
Terms and Conditions
The entity selected will begin immediately upon notification of acceptance of the bid. The billing for the project will be determined once the bid is awarded.
Rating Criteria
The respondent who accumulates the highest score may be recommended for funding. The overall recommendation is at the sole discretion of the evaluation team.
