Courtney Geiger, Director of Career Services at The Workforce Connection, was recently honored by The YWCA Northwestern Illinois for outstanding leadership and work to exemplify the nonprofit’s mission of eliminating racism and empowering women. Courtney received one of seven Women of Achievement awards.
