Through our Elevate program, Tyzhaun successfully completed his work experience at Rockford Housing Authority where he was part of their maintenance team. Tyzhaun stated he thoroughly enjoyed working there and acquired so many skills that he did not have before. He also expressed how this has increased his confidence to apply for jobs that he normally would not apply for.
